Do you have a mobilize website or blog site?
Mobilization or mobilizing a website means making it compatible for the now seemingly invaders of the world – smartphones. Based on Global Web Index, 80% of internet users own a smartphone and 50% of them own a tablet. Because not all can bring their laptop while out or not all even has a laptop, I think mobilizing your blog site is a must.
I am lucky that even if my subscription to WordPress is still not Premium, they still offer a mobile optimization to your site. However, I don’t know if other website builders have this feature as well.
Reasons to Mobilize
People are smartphone dependent
Let’s face it, people would sometimes rather buy a smartphone than a laptop because it is cheaper. And as mentioned recently a lot of people use their smartphones to browse the internet.
If your visitors are using their smartphones or tablet, you don’t want them getting a hard time waiting for your site to load fully. Mobilized sites are easy to load. When you have mobilized your sites, it will fit any screen size, whether for a tablet or mobile phone.
It is not just about easy loading of sites, it is also about navigation. A non-mobilized site may have contents which are scattered making it hard for visitors to view.

Some non-mobilized websites/blogs are hard to navigate. Menu is not present or even a home button is not. One impact for a non-existent menu button is you might lose a visitor who still wants to check all your other articles or blog posts. You don’t want that, I bet.
For money-generating blogs, website traffic is very important. Good website traffic can be obtained by well-optimized sites. A mobile friendly site helps a blogger’s or website owner’s SEO (Search Engine Optimization) because it improves a site’s rankings on mobile search platforms like Google.
Mobiles and tablets are things many people chose to have these days, and if you want to be ablt to reach out to them, I guess you have to consider to mobilize. It is easy for free subscriptions, they just have to select the option of mobilizing. For people who developed their sites by themselves, I know it would be a little time consuming, but mobilizing is a good investment.
